Nichole was awesome to work with until she was not. We had been told that the construction loan from our lender would not be included in the total loan that the interest would be on. We got blindsided when we learned that the $40,000 construction loan that we did not use was in fact included in the loan and amount of interest that was paid on the loan from the lender. This was our very first house we have bought and sold and put our trust into Nichole to learn a hard lesson at the end of the day called the "Promissary Note" and will not be moving forward with Nichole's services with the scaling of our business.
